In order to help our patients fulfill their treatment goals, we are starting an incentive program using wooden tokens. Patients that are in active treatment will be able to exchange these tokens for varied prizes.
Patients will receive a token at each appointment for the following:
- arriving on time for appointments
- having no loose or broken appliances
- earning an "A" or "B" in oral hygiene
- earning an "A" or "B" in elastic/headgear wear
- wearing a Dr. Runnels t-shirt to the office
In addition to these, every month will be a way to earn an extra 5 tokens.
- January - write your New Year's resolution on a can of soup
- February - wear something red
- March - wear something green
- April - bring in your report card with an "A"
- May - bring in a flower
- June - bring in any type of American Flag
- July - wear something red, white, and blue
- August - wear something Hawaiian
- September - wear your favorite sports team apparel
- October - wear a red or pink ribbon or a costume
- November - bring in 5 canned goods
- December - donate a coat for the "Coats for Kids" drive
- Become a fan of the office on Facebook
- Refer a friend to our office
No tokens will be given at repair appointments or if the patient missed their last appointment without calling the office 24 hours in advance. Tokens are not replaced if they are lost.
This program is a way to say thank you for being such great patients!
